Last Updated: 25th November 2009 (Updates in Italics)
YTM HQ would like to apologize for the following error in the You The Manager (YTM) Terms and Conditions 2009-10:
There is an error in the breakdown of the prize fund listed in point 18 of the YTM Terms and Conditions.
The prize section on the YTM Terms and Conditions page of the website understates the prizes available for Mini League winners and incorrectly includes prizes for a YTM Cup game. The correct prize fund can be found on the YTM Prizes and YTM Hall of Fame pages and has also been printed in the newspaper. The total value of the cash prizes is unaffected.
Shortly before we launched YTM 2009-10 and in response to game player feedback, we redistributed the prize fund and removed the YTM Cup game. Unfortunately, the YTM Terms and Conditions page was not updated to this effect.
We have now corrected the YTM Terms and Conditions below. As it states in point 18 of our T&Cs, "Prizes will be awarded only in accordance with the Prize Fund detailed from time to time on the Websites and in the Newspapers."
We are sorry for any confusion that this has caused.
The following Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the Entrants, the Promoter and the Publisher
It is important that Entrants read them carefully and understand what they mean. By entering into the Game, Entrants confirm their complete understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
