Our 1st £10,000 winner and the August Team of the Month
Congratulations Rui Marques of Portugal (pictured above) who walks away with £10,000 for winning the August Manager of the Month competition!
Rui fought off some tough competition to emerge as the winner with 158 points for the month. This is currently the top score in the game, and Rui will be looking to stay as close to the top of the leaderboard as possible through the coming months.
Mr Marques’ key signings in his winning team were Frank Lampard (26pts) and Nicolas Anelka (22pts). Both of these players appear on the Team of the Month, shown below:
